OVER FRIED CHICKEN IN HONEY SAUCE

1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 cup (225g) butter
Approx 1.5kg chicken pieces
1/4 cup honey (strong variety)
1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 190°. Combine the flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a shallow pan. Melt the butter and pour into another shallow dish. Roll the chicken pieces in the melted butter and then roll in the flour mixture to coat. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 30 min. Combine the honey and lemon juice. Remove chicken from oven, turn, and pour some of the honey sauce over it. Bake for another 30 min or until tender , basting occasionally with the honey SAUCE.
