Multiflora honey is exactly that – honey that is harvested when there are multiple wild flowers blooming, usually in spring, and so the taste cannot be traced to only one type of flower. This adds to its allure, since it will never taste the same.
Multiflora honey is a raw South African honey harvested in the Overberg.
We do not overheat or pressure filter any of our honeys.
No additives or flavourings are added.
The taste and texture vary from season to season.
It comes with a wrap around box and a small flat wooden spoon and makes for a lovely gift.
