This is a unique honey due to the fact that it is extremely dense – so dense that it is impossible to strain and a beekeeper’s worst nightmare to work with. After months on the shelves you will still see the little bubbles that were formed on the day it was bottled. It is medium in colour and harvested at the end of October, right here in Stanford.
